Hyderabad: The Hyderabad district administration has established 16 dedicated help desks to support citizens during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls.
According to officials, the help desks have been opened at various Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) offices across the city. These centres are intended to help voters understand the SIR process, complete the Enumeration Form correctly, and obtain information on the required documents.
Officials said trained staff will also assist residents with voter-related queries and explain the steps involved in updating electoral records. The initiative aims to make the enumeration process easier and ensure eligible voters receive the necessary guidance.
The help desks have been set up in different Assembly Constituencies across Hyderabad, making assistance accessible to residents from multiple parts of the city.
The district administration has encouraged voters to make use of these facilities and complete the required formalities within the prescribed timeline. Officials said the initiative is part of efforts to ensure an accurate and updated electoral roll ahead of future elections.
